Soto ayam, an Indonesian version of chicken soup, is considered to be Indonesia’s comfort food. A clear herbal broth brightened by fresh turmeric and herbs, with skinny rice noodles buried in the bowl. It is served with a boiled egg, fried shallots, celery leaves and herbs, and is hearty enough for a meal. Soto is served from Sumatra to Papua in a wide range of variations, in this box we have prepared all the spices needed to recreate the one originated from East Java, Soto Ayam Madura. 。
