2 red peppers
Shallot 5 pieces
3 pieces of garlic
1 spring onion

In order to complete the recipe “You need to add” the following ingredients
300 gram rice
50 gram boneless chicken thigh shred into small size (or you can use any kind of leftovers protein for the topping)
3 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 Tbs Japanese soy sauce (shoe)
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp MSG (optional)
2 tbs vegetable oil for cooking
