Grilled Fish Jimbaran Bali

Ingredients
if you choose variant with Fish, it will include 2 tilapia Fish, (Frozen)
From KOTAKOKI: *spices are enough for 700 gr-1kg fish
Blended ingredients
3 red chilli
5 curly chilli or small chilli (use less if you’re not into spicy food)
10 cloves of shallots
5 cloves of garlic
5 candlenut
1 tsp coriander seed powder
Aromatic ingredients:
2 tbsp tamarind water
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
in order to complete the recipe "You also need to add" the following ingredients:
(if you buy spice set only, you need to add any kind of 700-1000 gr fish you desire)
1 tbsp coconut oil / margarine
1/2 tsp salt 2x (one for marinated the fish other for seasoning)
1/2 tsp sugar 2x (one for marinated the fish other for seasoning)
1/2 tsp mushroom/ chicken stock (powder)
1 Big Lime

Several fresh spices need to be used immediately upon receipt. If you will not cook it within 1 day after receipt, please keep the spices in the refrigerator (7 days shelf life), or freezer (up to 3 months).
